Track your Order
We ship all orders with a tracking number, so you know where your package is every step of the way.
When we ship out your order, you will receive an email that includes your shipping confirmation and your tracking number. Use this number to track your parcel by visiting the website of your national postal service.
For example, for orders in USA please use the USPS website.
We understand that errors can still occur even with a tracking number. If you have not received your package by the maximum shipping time for your location, as listed above, please contact your postal service and inform them of the issue (you will need your tracking number). If the postal service is unable to assist you, contact us and we will attempt to find your package for you!
Packaging
We generally send our seeds in their original air-tight packaging. All of your products will be packaged in a sturdy parcel box to minimize the likelihood your contents are to be damaged during shipping.
Neither our company name nor a list of contents will appear on the outside of your parcel. Only necessary postal service information will appear: addresses, stamps, and tracking label.
